What a great piece of artwork
Hanging the medals took a minute to get used to, but as fairly straight forward. This piece of artwork is absolutely beautiful and made a nice addition to my office!!

***** frames
First time purchasing a frame. Had to take it apart 3 times in order to get medals to hang appropriately. Needed to secure from behind. Simple instructions indicating needed supplies would have been incredibly helpful. Not to worry...It won't stop me from future purchases!!
Nice but could be a bit larger
It’s a nice frame and nice quality. It takes a bit of work to assemble and set the medals. The size of the ***** image on the glass and the size of the medals make the overall look really busy and tight. It’s not as nice as it could be. I think the ***** image simply takes to much room in order to set the medals properly.

Poorly Assembled
Lasting Commemoratives Team, Thank you for the opportunity to send feedback. I do truly like the ***** Challenge frame. It is well constructed and it hangs well in the house. There were some issues when it arrived that made me dissatisfied to the point I can only give two stars. First, the frame was poorly assembled. The ***** printed Plexiglas was outside of the frame pins/stays. This made the glass curved and I had to remove the whole piece and remove all of the pins/stays myself in order to make the glass sit flush against the wood. Second, the printing on the Plexiglas had scratch in the green colored field that I had to fill in with a marker. The scratch would have been noticeable after I placed the medals in it without taking steps to fill the scratch. Since I already had to remove the glass to set it in correctly, I fixed this too with a green Sharpie. Finally, your directions read well but the pictures were of poor quality. I recommend that you go for high-end printing with clear color photos that have step by step instructions. I could have and should have returned the frame to you for another. Overall I was disappointed that I spent so much money and had to undertake reassembling the frame to make it look presentable. However, I waited five-ish weeks for the frame and was too busy to make an issue out of the quality of what I received. At this time I cannot recommend your product. Please feel free to contact me.
