United StatesMy original case suffered some damage in the shipping process. I was worried that since my case arrived right when the pandemic was starting to ramp up I wouldn't hear anything for a few weeks. They responded in a couple of days and got me a replacement extremely quickly.

United StatesEverything arrived just as expected and about 6 weeks earlier than was initially estimated. I ordered at the race expo booth and that process was really easy. Installing the medals was not difficult, nor was attaching my photo. The photo guide was really helpful and I'd recommend including it if you plan to use a photo. While I was waiting on my case to arrive, I used another medal display rack because I did want to go ahead and show off my medals. After hanging this one in it's place, several of my co-workers commented how much better it looks! Very fitting to have an awesome case after working hard to achieve this goal!
