How do I assemble my medals?
Instruction are included in every shadowbox order for how to insert and place your medals.

How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our products are made to order and generally take 4 weeks to fulfill. Posters which are not personalized usually take 3 days to fulfill. Production time can drastically vary around certain Race Events and Holidays. For the most current production time please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on products or destination you may have shipping options available for USPS or Fedex. Shipping rates and times are not factored into production time and do not increase your date of delivery.
ex. If you select Fedex Ground 2 day delivery. Your order could still take 4 weeks before it is shipped.
International Shipping Policies:
Lasting Commemoratives, LLC accepts no risk of merchandise due to international shipments. All risk passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Lasting Commemoratives has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Lasting Commemoratives, you are considered the 'importer of record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you order outside of the United States, your entire order will be shipped together. There are no partial shipments.
What is your return policy?
Any order placed for our customized products cannot be cancelled or modified after the order is placed.
If your order is damaged by result of shipping, contact us and we will replace the piece for you at no additional cost. Photos of the shipping box and personalized piece will be necessary. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged package in order to qualify for a replacement.
Please note that we work efficiently with Fed-Ex on the delivery of your package. However mistakes do happen and Fed-Ex works with us on a quick replacement should damage occur.
If there is a mistake in your order that doesn't match the agreed order form contact us and we will will help assist and replace anything necessary at no additional cost.
We do not offer price adjustments.
What are "photo guidelines"?
Photo guidelines is a darker or lighter 5"x7" rectangle on your personalized backboard to indicate where the photo should be placed.
What does it mean to "include medal"?
When you are provided this option for a display, it means you can choose to purchase the item with a medal(s) based on the event selected or to use your own. With either selection you will insert the medals yourself.
I'm trying to purchase a display but it says its sold out.
Most commonly you will see the sold out option on products that offer the option to purchase with medals. If you choose to not include medals, the product can be purchased.
*Please email us for medal availability as sometimes website inventory is not incorrect and we may still have the medal available.
How does a Pre-Order work?
For some Race Events, products will be available for purchase sooner than the race weekend. A pre-order purchase works the same as a normal online or Expo order and will not begin production until after the Race Event.
Posters and Lenticulars are available for Expo pickup option when Expo pickup is provided. These will not be prepacked for shipping. All other pre-order products are NOT available for expo pickup.
