If your order is damaged by result of shipping, contact us and we will replace the piece for you at no additional cost. Photos of the shipping box and personalized piece will be necessary. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged package in order to qualify for a replacement.
Please note that we work efficiently with Fed-Ex on the delivery of your package. However mistakes do happen and Fed-Ex works with us on a quick replacement should damage occur.
If there is a mistake in your order that doesn't match the agreed order form; contact us and we will will help assist and replace anything necessary at no additional cost.
