Shipping & Return Policies
Any order placed for our customized products cannot be canceled or modified after the order is placed. In the event that you must return the product; a fee of 50% of the purchase price will be charged. Please contact us for shipping instructions.
If your order is damaged by result of shipping, contact us and we will replace the piece for you at no additional cost. Photos of the shipping box and personalized piece will be necessary. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged package in order to qualify for a replacement.
Please note that we work efficiently with Fed-Ex on the delivery of your package. However mistakes do happen and Fed-Ex works with us on a quick replacement should damage occur.
If there is a mistake in your order that doesn't match the agreed order form contact us and we will will help assist and replace anything necessary at no additional cost.
Poster Prints and Framed Posters are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Gift Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions. Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees. No returns and no refunds on gift cards. Redeemable towards any Lasting Commemoratives products online or Expo we attend.
Many of our items are personalized with your specific information and require several different manufacturing steps. Depending on the complexity of the production process, shipping times will vary depending on the item you have purchased. Shipping times can range anywhere from 4-6 weeks. For in-stock items that require no personalization, shipping will be the 1-3 business days.
